Resources developed and traded from one hub
Alpha Terra Resources Corp. develops and trades petroleum, iron, aluminium, gold and critical minerals. It was incorporated in Delaware on 21 January 2026, works from an operational hub in Bolívar State, Venezuela, and keeps its corporate office in Miami.
Upstream work and trading
Alpha Terra sits on both sides of the same business. Upstream, it develops resources at source: concession work, production and the preparation of material for shipment. On the trading side, it places that material — and material from producers it works with — into international markets under term and spot structures.
The company is new. It was incorporated on 21 January 2026, so there is no long history to point at and we will not invent one. What we offer instead is a record a counterparty can pull in a few minutes, a fixed address at each end of the trade, and a process we describe in full before anything is agreed.
Each line is traded on a stated basis: crude by °API, iron ore by Fe content, bauxite and alumina by Al2O3, gold by fineness, critical minerals by assay per lot. Nothing ships on description alone.

Why Bolívar State
Bolívar State holds Venezuela's iron, bauxite and gold belt in one contiguous region. The iron and bauxite deposits, the alumina and aluminium plants on the Orinoco and the gold fields to the south all fall inside the same state, on the same river system, with the same route out to the Atlantic.
That concentration is the reason the hub is there. Working from a single base keeps sourcing, sampling and export documentation under one team instead of spread across intermediaries in three places. When a buyer asks where a lot came from and what it assayed, the answer comes from the people who handled it.
Bolívar State, Venezuela

Four rules that hold on every lot
Certified assay per lot
Every lot is sampled and analysed before it leaves origin, and the certificate belongs to that lot. Grade is a measured figure, not an adjective.
Documents travel with the cargo
Certificate of origin, assay, weight note and shipping papers are assembled as one file per shipment and handed over complete. A buyer should not have to chase a document after arrival.
Benchmark-referenced pricing
Prices are quoted against the published benchmark for the line — the LME for aluminium, the London fix for gold, the relevant index for iron ore and crude — with the premium or discount stated separately, so both sides can recalculate the number.
One point of accountability
One team carries a transaction from source to discharge. The person who answers the first email is the person who answers when the cargo is at port.
Ask us something specific
Tell us the resource, the grade and the destination. If we can place it, we will say so and on what terms. If we cannot, we will say that too.
